BURGER TYCOON
One counter. One hundred burgers. Build the empire.
Move — drag anywhere, or WASD / arrows Grill — walk up to it to load burgers on your head Counter — one big counter, holds 100 burgers 💰 Till — the circle behind the counter. Nobody standing in
it, nobody gets served. Your cooks will cover it for 2–3 customers
when they spot it empty Cash — walk over the money customers drop Pads — stand on a glowing pad to buy it Seats — green pads buy tables (2), sofas (3) and
booths (4) — ten of them, $60 up to $2,600. Diners with a seat
sit, eat and tip; with no seat they block the queue 🚙 Go out and buy the town — two ways out. Straight down off
the welcome mat puts you on the street; the back door in the
north wall (past the grills, look for ⬆ CAR PARK) puts you in
the staff car park behind the shop, where your little red car
lives. The back wall gets out of the way while you're behind it. Press
E or tap GET IN THE CAR. W/S or up/down is the throttle,
A/D or left/right steers, and the joystick works the same on a
phone. There are 750 restaurants out there across the whole
city grid — 750 of them: pull up on the glowing pad in front of
one and hit BUY RESTAURANT. Every one you own pays you every second,
awake or not, and the next one costs 7.5% more than the last.
Every restaurant has a back entrance too — a drive down the
side into a little staff yard with two bays and a 🚪 door.
The GPS on the dash draws the road grid, marks everything you
own in red, puts your shop in green, and lines up a dashed route to
the nearest plot that's still for sale — with the distance and the
price underneath 🚪 Go inside the shops you own — buying a plot is only the start
of it. Walk up to any restaurant of yours (get out of the car first) and
the button says GO INSIDE. In there you can pick
what it sells — burger bar, hot dog stand, ice cream parlour,
coffee house, pizzeria, bakery, taqueria, noodle house, sushi counter or
a grocery store — fit it out with equipment, décor and
signage (25 levels each), and hire up to ten staff, who add
45% to the takings apiece. Every shop keeps its own name, address, crew
and books, and the sign out front changes to match what you put in 🛒 Grocery stores — buy low, sell high — put a grocery store on
one of your plots and you're in the fruit and veg trade.
40 lines: apples, grapes, tomatoes, potatoes, strawberries,
melons, watermelons, mandarins, lemons, bananas, pears, peaches,
cherries, mangoes, pineapples, kiwis, coconuts, avocados, blueberries,
olives, carrots, onions, garlic, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, chillies,
broccoli, mushrooms, sweetcorn, aubergines, sweet potato, peanuts,
chestnuts, bread, cheese, eggs, milk, honey and rice. Every
greengrocer, farm shop, corner shop, market and mall in town
quotes its own price, and the prices move every hour —
look for the ▼ under the going rate. Buy crates by the ×1 or ×10, drive
them back, and PUT THEM OUT on your shelves: they sell themselves
at nearly double while you get on with the burgers. More staff
and better kit shift them faster; a bigger fit-out holds more 🏙 A city that's actually busy — every road has a name on
the corner, every junction has zebra crossings, stop lines and
traffic lights, and every pavement in town has lamps, trees,
planters, benches, bins, phone boxes, newsstands, billboards, postboxes
and hydrants, with cars parked in the lay-bys round the back
of each block. Twice the traffic and twice the people, and half of them
are carrying shopping, a coffee, a parcel or walking the dog.
Five malls (Northgate, Riverside, Kingsway, Old Town,
Silverbrook) sit on their own blocks with car parks out front, and
there's a corner shop, café, bakery, greengrocer, farm shop, fruit
and veg market, wholesale market, electronics or toy shop on every
other block. Pull up on a green pad and tap GO IN 🚗 500 vehicles on Alaganu — the Alaganu app now has a
showroom: 25 makes (Brindle, Cinder, Grayling, Kestrel, Ardent,
Ironwood, Halcyon, Mistral, Nubex, Ravello, Vanta and the rest), each
with 10 cars and 10 bikes — 250 of each. There's a
search box at the top: type a make, a model, "bike", "exotic",
anything. Tabs filter to KIT · CARS · BIKES · MY GARAGE.
Every model has its own top speed, acceleration and tank size,
and prices run from a few thousand to well over a hundred. Buy one and
it's delivered to the car park behind your shop and becomes what
you drive; anything else in your garage has a DRIVE button to
switch to it. Bikes are quicker and turn harder but carry less fuel ⛽ 250 filling stations — the car runs on petrol now, and a full
tank is good for a few minutes of hard driving. Stations sit on the end
of nearly every block, with a canopy, two pump islands, a shop and a
price totem out by the kerb. Drive onto the forecourt and tap
FILL UP — $1.10 a litre, and it only charges for what
goes in. Run the tank dry and the car crawls at walking pace until you
reach a pump. There's a gauge under the GPS that flashes red on empty 🚨 Patrol cars — you'll only see one now and then, but they'll
come after you for clipping one, for shunting another
driver where one can see it, or for tearing past one at
speed. Blues, two-tone siren, and any patrol car close enough to
see it joins in, with another turning up every so often. Get about
2,400 clear and they give up — that's roughly a block and a half,
so a fast car or a bike will shake them. Get boxed in, or step out
of your car while they're on you, and you're served a summons on
the spot: a flat $250 🏦 Bank (phone app) — free from the App Store. Borrow up to
$2,500,000 with no interest at all. Take $1K, $10K, $50K,
$250K, $1M or the lot, and pay any of it back whenever you feel like
it. Nothing is ever added on top ▶️ Vadio (phone app) — free from the App Store, 210 MB. Five
short animated lessons aimed at 8–12 year olds, all drawn on the
phone so they work with no connection:
💧 The Water Cycle (evaporation, condensation, precipitation,
collection), 🪐 The Solar System (the rocky four, the gas giants,
and why a year is different on every planet), 🌋 Inside a Volcano
(magma, pressure, eruption, and why the mountain grows),
🌱 How Plants Eat (photosynthesis, chlorophyll, glucose and the
oxygen we breathe) and 🦋 A Butterfly's Life (egg, larva, pupa,
adult — metamorphosis). Each runs 45–50 seconds with narration
captions, a scrub bar, pause and restart — and finishes with a
question. Get it right and the video gets a ✓ in the library 🏁 Car Race (phone app) — free from the App Store, 96 MB. Three
lanes, traffic that won't move over, and a boost bar that
refills when you're off it. Drag anywhere on the road to steer,
or use ◀ ▶ / the arrow keys, and BOOST or Shift for a
burst. It gets quicker the longer you last, clip anything (or put a
wheel on the grass) and you're out. You race whatever you actually
own — the car's colour and its top speed come straight off your
Alaganu motor, so a Vanta gets a much higher ceiling than the starter
hatchback. Best distance is kept 📦 8 GB phone — the phone has 8 GB in it and the apps now
take up room: Vadio 210 MB, Car Race 96 MB, Blocy 148 MB plus 26 MB per world
you make, City GPS 34 MB, Playroom 21 MB, Card Game 12 MB, Bank 8 MB,
Chess 6 MB, and about 2.1 GB of system. The App Store shows a storage
bar; if something won't fit its button reads FULL and you'll
have to UNINSTALL something first ♟️ Chess (phone app) — free from the App Store. Real chess with
the full rules: castling both sides, en passant, promotion, check,
checkmate and stalemate. Four modes — Easy (plays quickly and
doesn't look ahead), Medium (two moves deep), Hard (four
moves deep and plays for the centre) and 1 v 1 for two players
on one phone. Tap a piece to see where it can go, green dots are empty
squares and green rings are captures. There's take back,
flip board, a captured-piece tray down each side, and the king's
square goes red when it's in check 🎠 Playroom (phone app) — five gentle games, nothing violent in
any of them: Memory Match (find eight pairs), Colour Copy
(watch the lights and play them back), Maths Dash (sums against
a 30-second clock), Bubble Pop (pop them before they drift off)
and Odd One Out (spot the one that's different). Best scores are
kept 🗺️ City GPS (phone app) — free from the App Store, 34 MB.
The whole city on one screen wherever you are: drag to pan, scroll to
zoom, double-tap to snap back to yourself. Every installed app now has
an UNINSTALL button in the App Store next to OPEN — bin one and
it vanishes off the home screen, and you can always get it back
(uninstalling Blocy does take your worlds and play time with it) 🏙 The city — walk down to the front of the shop and you're
looking out at the street: glass shopfront, pavement, a zebra crossing
off the mat, bus shelter, lamp posts, traffic lights and cars going
past all day. Look at the front windows from inside and you can see the
skyline through them 🚗 Drive-thru — two pads by the south wall, $500 each.
Packaging builds the lane, the hatch and the order board, and
cars start rolling up. The hatch has its own rack, 40 burgers —
walk into the circle carrying burgers and they go straight in, then
stand there to bag them off. Seller ($500, only after packaging)
puts somebody on that window permanently so it keeps selling while
you're in the kitchen — but you still have to keep the rack loaded
(your cooks will run burgers over once it drops below 10). An empty
hatch sells nothing. Bagged orders never need a seat and pay
1.25× menu price. Leave a car sitting there and it drives off
and reviews you 💎 VIPs — 1 in 35 customers. Top hat, gold ring. They order
3–10 burgers, pay 1.6× and tip big 📦 Bulk orders — 1 in 120. Orange vest, flat cap.
20–40 burgers, grab-and-go, no seat needed 🗑 Trash — diners leave a mess. Clear the table, carry it to
the bin. Dirty tables can't be sat at. Your cooks will grab a cloth
too once two tables are dirty 📱 Phone — Ratings (star reviews, by section),
GRAB (food delivery), Alaganu (kit — buy the Trash Bot
1000), Snake for when it's quiet, 🧮 Calculator (it won't
go past 2,500,000,000), and the 🛍️ App Store 🛵 GRAB — over a hundred things to order — the delivery app now
has a search box and tabs for FAST FOOD · SIT-DOWN · SWEET ·
DRINKS · HEALTHY · FRUIT & VEG · BIG ORDERS. Cheeseburgers,
kebabs, fish and chips, pie and mash, ramen, pho, sushi, steak, paella,
a Sunday roast, dim sum, lobster and a dozen oysters; doughnuts,
sundaes, birthday cake; flat whites, bubble tea, a litre of energy
drink; salads, poke bowls and smoothies — from $4 to $2,600.
Everything shows exactly what it does: how much of your belly it fills
and how long the ⚡ speed boost lasts, up to half an hour
on the big party orders. The FRUIT & VEG tab delivers
crates of produce straight to wherever you're stood — ten at a
time at 40% over the market, or a pallet of a hundred at only 15%
over, for filling a grocery shelf without the drive 🃏 Card Game — free from the App Store, with Last Card in it 🧱 Blocy — free to install, but play time is $25 a minute.
Pick how long you want, hit BUY, then punch in the 4-digit
code. Up to 5 worlds, Steve or Alex, survival or creative.
No multiplayer, no mods, no add-ons 🧑🌾 Villagers talk — they mutter to themselves, moan about the
night, and yell when you hit them. Line up the crosshair on one and tap
▣ to say hello 🎒 Inventory — press E (or the BAG button) for the 1.14
inventory: armour slots, the crafting square, the recipe book. Big
recipes still want a crafting table within reach. All
64 mobs have spawn eggs in the creative menu ⌨ Blocy controls — WASD move, Space jump,
Ctrl run, Shift sprint, left click (hold) breaks
blocks and punches mobs, right click punches mobs too and places
a block when nothing's in front of you, F mine, R place
(and say hello to a villager), wheel or 1–9 for the hotbar,
E bag, T chat, / commands, F3 stats,
Esc game menu 🍗 Blocy hunger — the shank bar next to your hearts. Walking,
sprinting, mining and swinging burn it off. Keep it at 9 shanks or
more and your hearts come back on their own; let it hit
zero and you starve down to half a heart. Eat from the bag 🔋 TB-1000 — one battery lasts 50–250 loads, then it goes
flat and Alaganu sell you a new cell (it bins the old one). And 1 load
in 1000 breaks it for good — that's a whole new bot 🍽️ Hunger — you get through a burger every 2 hours. Go hungry
and you slow right down. Press E or hit EAT HR office — right-hand door: hire & train cooks Training room — one door further: upgrade yourself
